Online Marketing Manager
Title: Online Marketing Manager

Reports to: Continental Marketing Manager
Direct Reports: Online Marketing Coordinator
Overall Job Function: Responsible for leading the Online Marketing team and strategically planning the local online marketing calendar and new online initiatives to drive traffic and sales to the online and physical stores.
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
- Leads and builds up the Online Marketing team to support the online sales and marketing goals.
- Strategically plans local calendar activities and optimizes timing, exposure and commercial idea to drive online traffic and sales and support store activities
- Keeps track of global online and store campaigns as well as global plans for hm.com, newsletters, print marketing, SEM, push notifications and online merchandising activities. Identifies and initiates local adaptions based on the retail calendar and customer behavior in the local market.
- Sets the seasonal and weekly traffic forecasts together with US Sales team, HQ media planner and HQ Sales planner
- Creates, updates and shares the local online commercial and marketing plan with local and global sales teams
- Represents online marketing in commercial meetings to optimize the local execution and activities for each concept
- Responsible for managing the affiliate program, affiliate agencies and setting the publisher strategy for H&M
- Works closely with the HQ Marketing department on the local strategy for SEM, direct mail, newsletters and other online marketing channels
- Responsible for managing activities to increase email subscribers, app downloads and repeat purchase customers
- Provides reports on local traffic, online channels and touch points results and customer behavior online to help optimize activities
- Identifies strategic online partnerships and initiatives to find new ways to drive traffic and sales and increase the online marketing reach
- Works closely with the HQ Marketing department to set and follow up on the online traffic goals
- Provides feedback and input to HQ on local market needs and competitive landscape to optimize online campaigns, tools and processes, online marketing channels and functionality on hm.com
- Educates the local sales and marketing teams on online marketing strategies and best practices
- Proactively seeks updated knowledge of industry trends in advertising, marketing and fashion in order to implement new strategies
Financial Accountability:
- Affiliate budget (est. $1M)
- Shared ownership with HQ of online marketing budget (est. $20M)
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in online retail preferably fashion
- Experience with online media planning/buying
- 2 years of management experience
Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of the fashion and media business
- Working knowledge of online and social media
- Ability to think and work strategically; able to plan ahead and foresee opportunities
- Ability to communicate clearly and hold high level external meetings
- Able to work independently and be self motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
- Extremely creative and oriented toward problem resolution
- Strong brand ambassador

Amazon is looking for a Stylist Intern for its fast paced commercial photo studio. Successful candidates will be self-starters, strong communicators, very detail-oriented, and highly creative. The Stylist Intern will be assisting and styling in a range of different categories for e-commerce photography. The Stylist Intern will be contributing to continual style improvements and styling/prep efficiencies. The successful candidate will be productivity focused, with good merchandise coordination and able to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
· Assist on set with prepping, prioritizing imaging order, and styling products
· Troubleshoot and prioritize direction from creative on set
· Monitor incoming product in order to prepare for daily productivity
· Use the vision of the brand, buyer requests, and other resources as guides to make specific styling choices
· Act as point person for freelance stylists assistants
· May switch between prep and styling role during peak times
· Organize and maintain the workspace and request supplies
·Support safety initiatives regarding studio workflow and processes
Relocation and housing is not available for this internship
· Currently pursuing a degree in fashion, merchandising, visual arts
· Portfolio with some practical styling experience
·Must be able to work 40 hours/week throughout course of the internship
· Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
· Proven ability to work well as part of a team
· Able to lift and move up to 49 lbs
· Able to push and pull product up to 49 lbs during shift

Internship: Redbook
The fashion department at Redbook magazine is seeking interns to work alongside the Fashion Director and Fashion Assistants for: 2016 Summer Semester (Starting May through August).
Candidates must have a professional attitude, a strong interest in fashion/style and be able to commit to a minimum of three to four full days a week. Interns will receive a first-hand experience to learn about the inner workings of a fashion department within a print magazine. They will learn to navigate a fast-paced environment and have the opportunity to be exposed to multiple facets of a fashion department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Checking in and returning samples
– Coordinating sample pick-ups and returns
– Managing the PR database for the fashion department
– Organizing and maintaining the fashion closet
– Setting up for photo shoot run-throughs
– Packing for and unpacking from photo shoots
– Assisting Fashion Director on photo shoots
– Helping Fashion Assistant with credit requests and handling ongoing market requests as needed
– Assist the Fashion Director and Market Director on market appointments
– Completing any and all other administrative work the team needs
Candidate must be extremely organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires long hours so candidates must be dedicated and highly motivated. A positive attitude is a MUST. Previous internship or fashion experience highly encouraged.
