Job Purpose
To increase revenue and grow customer base for Elizabeth Bradley Designs, Inc. while
maintaining high degree of personal customer service and support to retail and wholesale

Tasks
• Responsible for answering all incoming phone lines
• Responsible for taking phone sales from customers
• Process all orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate customer service needs to the retail shop
• Present process improvement proposals when observed
• Help grow all social media outlets, including advertising

Skills Preferred

• Data Entry skills
• Order Processing skills (not required, but would be great!)

BUYING AND E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

YOUR CRED You've worked at least 1 year in a buying or administrative role, preferably in a fastpaced, small business and/or retail environment. You can cite numerous examples of your outstanding organizational and technical skills. You have a college degree, ideally in textiles or retail management. Sales experience in retail fashion is a major plus.
THE POSITION This position is primarily responsible for receiving goods, creating and uploading products, order fulfillment, buying research and brand communications, data entry, database maintenance, reporting & analysis, travel logistics, and providing additional support on our sales floor if needed.
COMP/BENEFITS The position is FULL-TIME, five days a week. Salary is commensurate with experience. It includes two weeks paid vacation, paid personal/sick/holidays, SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with V&V match, and merchandise discounts.

Job Description:
  • Under the direction of the Marketing Director:
  • ·      Strategically execute a global brand marketing strategy utilizing both external and internal resources
  • ·      Plan and manage all aspects of on-site activation at tradeshow / sampling / direct consumer contact sales events, including follow up
  • ·      Assist the Manager & Director in the overall marketing planning process, including future trends and areas for improvement to maximize presence in existing, new and emerging markets / networks
  • ·      Develop and initialize in-store displays, merchandising materials, and collateral / training materials, in concert with brand / product sales teams


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
  • Under the general direction and guidance of the Director:
  • ·      Assist in developing marketing strategies for specified brands
  • ·      Support brand relationships with 3rd party agencies in PR, event activation, and social media
  • ·      Build and engage brand community with compelling original and sourced content
  • ·      Engage and develop partnerships / sponsorships
  • ·      Provide input to develop and execute creative advertising plans to targeted publications
  •  Execute plans for brand presence on all digital mediums, including e-commerce and social
  • ·      Work with sales teams to develop sales collateral and training materials

Minimum Qualifications:
  • ·      Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year university or college, preferably in marketing, communications, business administration or related field

  • ·      Multi-media planning experience (print/social/online)
  • ·      Product show / event / sponsorship planning & activation
