Position: Processing and Social Media Specialist
Hours/Wk: 40 a week from 9:00 – 5:00

Direct Supervisor: Operating Officer

Job Purpose
To increase revenue and grow customer base for Elizabeth Bradley Designs, Inc. while
maintaining high degree of personal customer service and support to retail and wholesale
customers.

Tasks
• Responsible for answering all incoming phone lines
• Responsible for taking phone sales from customers
• Process all orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate customer service needs to the retail shop
• Present process improvement proposals when observed
• Help grow all social media outlets, including advertising

Skills Preferred
• Strong phone/communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Multi-tasker
• Data Entry skills
• Order Processing skills (not required, but would be great!)
• Retail Experience

Work Environment
Busy office/warehouse environment

We help large national and international companies promote their brand and acquire new customers through brand promotion, new product launch campaigns and test markets. We are one of Raleigh's top Marketing and Advertising firms that is responsible for participating in ongoing marketing plans and developing new market opportunities.

The main job of our company is to help in assisting with the coordination and execution of our promotional events for our many different clients in the fashion/cosmetics, restaurant/food and home industries. Our company is currently in a HUGE expansion phase so in an effort to keep up with our client's growing demands we will be opening new offices within the next few months!

Responsibilities

We are looking for future leaders to grow from an Entry Level position into a management role with our company through our Management Training Program while focusing on the following areas:
