Overview:
At Credit and Customer Services, we strive to demonstrate excellence in our operating results, administrative processes, and personal performances.  Our business is providing superior customer service to our credit, business, and employee customers.  Credit and Customer Services is committed to supporting the company’s business strategies – MyMacy’s, Omni-Channel, and MAGIC Selling.  We continue to evolve our business as a customer service to support this three-pronged strategy.
 
What’s in it for you?
In our 8-10 week summer internship program, top undergraduates interested in an internship position with one of the nation’s top retailers will be given the unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a multi-million dollar premier department store.  You will be exposed to the day-to-day events of our dynamic, fast-paced industry.  Possible business exposures include Customer Service, Credit Operations, Omni-Channel Support Services, associate development, technical support and internal analytics.  This internship is offered in Tempe, AZ.
 
Program Structure:
  • Balance of in-office assignments combined with E-learning and Classroom Style learning
  • Cross-functional departmental exposures
  • Interaction with subject matter experts to provide greater insight to the multitude of career opportunities available in our organization
  • Final project and presentation that focuses on a business driving opportunity
What you have the opportunity to do:

  • Gain an understanding of how servicing our customer drives results and impacts our bottom line
  • Work closely with management, customers and associates to maximize business potential

What to bring to the internship:
  • Current college student with solid academic record, 3.0 GPA or higher preferred, all majors welcome
  • Ability to promote teamwork  through problem-solving and managing complex relationships
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks to achieve productivity and business goals
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
