Vans Summer Internship Program: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
In a company where skating through the hallways is a norm, Vans, a division of a growing Fortune 250 company, has designed this program to set our interns onto the road toward success. During this ten week internship program, you will be assigned a specific project that will apply your academic knowledge and skills gained in school toward a project impactful to our company. You will be placed in a work hard, play hard environment where you will be able to express your identity through creativity. We are looking for someone ready to accept a challenge with a passion to see where their career can grow. This experience will bring you networking opportunities with professionals and peers in similar career paths, learning and development workshops to promote your career growth and an opportunity to present your final project to our Executive Team. You will have the opportunity to create an analysis and develop recommendations for our current in store eSales.
How You Will Move the Needle:
1. Complete a specific project closely related to your field of study in order to gain further insight into your personal strengths and learn to apply them in a corporate environment.
2. Present your findings in a formal presentation to apply what you’ve learned from your project, workshops and networking with professionals to our Senior Leadership.
3. Collaborate and work alongside your peers on assignments provided by Human Resources to gain a strong network as well as exposure to multiple departments within the company.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 0-1 year
Educational/ Position Requirements:
· Must be a current Junior, Senior MBA student and actively enrolled full-time in an accredited educational institution or college
· Must be working toward a relevant degree
· Must have legal authorization to work in the US
· Age Requirement: 18+ years of age
· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels
· Follow through with all tasks and assignments in a timely manner
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
· Less than 5% travel
· Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight from 1 to 50 lbs, depending on need
